What is required to book an event?

In order to reserve the date and time of your event a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event date. 

How does pricing work?

Pricing for our candy and snack trucks is charged per guest.  Travel fees apply. Please see our packages for specific details and pricing. 

Where does our candy truck travel?

Our candy trucks travel the tri state area and beyond. Travel fees are separate.  

How long do events typically last?

The duration of time spent at your event is dependent on the number of guests we are serving and the options chosen for your event. Our team strives to make sure each guest is served in a timely manner. Events typically last 30-45 minutes .  You may purchase additional hours at a rate of $250 per hour. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Sweet Treat Fleet is licensed and is fully insured. A certificate of insurance can be provided to you with the name and address of the venue listed under our insurance policy for that date for a fee of $100. 

What is your cancelation policy?

Events may be rescheduled no later than 48 hours of the event date. Canceled or rescheduled events with less notice forfeit the deposit. Customers have 1 calendar year from the event date to reschedule pending our availability.  All payments are nonrefundable. 

Do you charge a travel fee?

Is gratuity required?

 If you are pleased with the service provided gratuity is appreciated by our staff. 20% gratuity is applied to events with 100 guests or more.

Do we provide our services on Holidays?

There is a $250 surcharge if we provide our services on the following Holidays:
Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Monday, Labor Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve,  New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving.
